WhizzBangThe Service Juridique
The Service Juridique is the joint legal service of the WhizzBang network — the internal centre of competence for all member associations and partner institutions. Wherever you live in the EU, this is the team behind the advice you receive.
What it does
- Handles all consumer complaints — for every EU member state, complaints are received and processed centrally by the Service Juridique in Belgium, regardless of which regional association you first contact.
- Answers legal questions and looks after the network’s compliance.
- Coordinates proceedings against unfair commercial practices, and takes on and coordinates market surveillance and enforcement across borders.
Where it works
The Service Juridique has offices in Belgium and in Slovakia, and works in several languages so that requests can be handled in the language you are most comfortable with — even if the person best placed to help you sits in another country.
