During the week from February 23, 2026, to March 1, 2026, the Service Juridique handled a total of 14 consultations regarding various consumer issues. The means of communication used for these consultations were diverse, with five consultations conducted via telefon, four through posłaniec, three using połączenie wideo, and two via mastodont. In these cases, we advised the consumers to keep detailed documentation of all correspondence and advertisements and to initiate communication with the business involved to request clarification or rectification.

Additionally, there were four consultations concerning unfair practice involving the exertion of pressure. Our guidance focused on advising individuals to document instances of such pressure and to cease communication with the entity until proper advice could be obtained. For issues pertaining to travelers’ rights regarding air travel, which were highlighted in two consultations, consumers were directed to retrieve all relevant travel documents and to reach out to their providers for possible resolution pathways.

In a couple of cases, there were advisory interactions where the issues reported were not within the framework of our service, such as those involving tax-related concerns, and hence, no guidance could be rendered beyond clarification of our scope.

Overall, the consultations this week addressed a variety of consumer protection issues, with consumers being offered specific advice on how to document their issues adequately and seek resolutions by communicating directly with the parties involved. No significant impediments were reported in the execution of our advisory duties during this period.
